Finca Son Cladera

Welcome to Finca Son Cladera, our home.

We are a Mallorcan family who live at Finca Son Cladera. The property has been in our family for generations and is almost a member of our family.


In the year 2022 we decided to transform the ‘possessió’ (as it is called in Mallorcan) so that we can continue to maintain it in the conditions it deserves and so that other people can also enjoy it.

Finca Son Cladera has a unique setting.

Son Cladera is one of the main possessions of Sa Pobla, the municipality to which it proudly belongs. It has been a farm that has been used for mountain and plain crops; it has had an oil mill and also a mill.

A little bit of our history It has also been a meeting place for Mallorcan cultural figures such as Costa i Llobera, María Antonia Salvà and Emilia Sureda i Bimet. The latter has dedicated several poems to the possessió.

Agrotourism in Mallorca Our family has had the honour of being the inhabitants of Son Cladera for several generations, having become, for many of us, our favourite place in the world.

Al entorn les montanyes, els boscatges, els cims pelats hon níen els voltons; a mos peus la planura, verts fullatges, y una retxa de mar allá en el fons... Finca Son Cladera is surrounded by the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana mountains. These mountains, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are the perfect place for all kinds of hiking. On these excursions you will have the opportunity to get to know all the flora and fauna of Mallorca and the Balearic Islands. With unique landscapes, it is the perfect opportunity to discover the beautiful routes on foot or by bike.


Thanks to our proximity to the Serra de Tramuntana we offer walks and excursions in the mountains closest to our estate. This way we can show you and tell you all about our area and surroundings.
